IV. Middle Level / BELLE VUE

Once you arrive on the middle floor, pick up the cable from the floor and go right, towards the shops. Visit each of them, and talk with the employees there, then go to the Belle Vue apartments, the entrance is near the lift in the centre of the middle level.

At the apartments, talk to the man in the gardens. The two apartments here belong to Gilbert Lamb and Officer Reich, you should still be carrying his ID card, so go in and have a look around, there's a magazine under the pillow you should pick up.

Return to the garden outside and wait for Gilbert Lamb to arrive, and then talk to him, exhausting all conversation options available. Take the magazine you found to the travel agent, and he will issue a ticket for you.

Return to the factory on the level above and find Gilbert, give him the ticket and he will offer a tour of his factory in exchange, take him up on the offer and then enjoy the tour.

After the tour is over, Potts will no longer prevent you from exploring the remaining areas of the factory. Go talk to Anita and ask her about the retina jammer. She will update the ID card you're carrying with the retina jammer.

With your updated ID card, find a LINC terminal and open the Security Services menu. Attempt to read the encrypted brief and report documents, then select Special Operations, File Adjustment and adjust Gilbert Lamb's files. Finally, select Authorise D-LINC on Gilbert.
