Fatal Instinct is a conversion of the Quake III Arena level of the same name, the only one in the new Quake Live Premium Pack that comes from the original game. It remains almost unchanged in its design and structure, with only minor architectural fineries added in the retouching effort made throughout the Quake Live level set.
