So as you can see we´ve updated our website again but remaining the old color style. This new layout gives us more space to add content and pictures.
By the way: Pictures! There´s a new wallpaper up at the shots-section showing the nailgun! Thanks to Balou and Redlemons for using their model!
We´ve also updated the map-previews today showing AWt18. It includes a flight through the map as Xvid Video. So have a look at the shots-section today!

First of all, I´m sorry. I appreciate this lag of news because we´ve been on "holidays" and this is why we didn´t do anything. But this week we continued working on aw1028 redoing all the LMS (last-man-standing) system and fixxing a lot of major bugs.
There are also three new map previews up showing t8, t10 and t13 which are quakeworld remakes. Have a closer look!
So the topic is "test-versions". Yes. Today we are going to give the first test-release of build 1028 to our internal beta-testers. This doesn´t include many features and this is why we are afraid to say
We won´t get all the features into it until our selfmade deadline. You´ll probably get the public first release in the mid of march including the physics, LMS, more than 20 tourney-maps and hopefully some of the competition-mode features!

They are on! Click the tower on the right side and check out the previews of AWtourney1 to AWtourney7 including three maps by Id Software, Inc. and one new map by Mr Lycon!

Today we kicked off the first of our map-previews. In the next days there will be further releases showing the new tournament maps. And of course each including a video of the previewed map!
So this time it´s AWtourney21. 21? Huh? Yes, we decided to add another tournament map. Now they are 21 including some maps from mappers like Charon or wviperw! But this time it´s from Headrot who´s a quite unknown mapper. But read the preview on your own!

As you can see on the right side there´s a preview on Fileplanet from Arena World showing ingame botplay. It´s two minutes long, 18 megabytes of weight and a full load of ownage!
The video shows a short tournament against the bot ranger on AWtourney8 (former q3q1dm2, also known as q1dm2) including the new chaingun and also the new nailgun! Let´s see if you can go as fast as we do, when build 1028 is released.
